EASY REGISTRATION
To be able to store your medical records and to access them or review them, you will first need to create your profile. To ensure that your medical data is safe you will be required to confirm your email address and to enter your PIN.
STORING AND ORGANIZING MEDICAL RECORDS
Scan any type of printed medical record using your phone camera or upload pictures or files from your device. Recognized data from your record as well as original record image will be stored. Data can be easily reviewed and edited by adding medical institution, doctor’s name, diagnoses or laboratory components.
ANALYSIS OF LABORATORY TEST RESULTS
From scanned lab test results, we will extract all recognized components with related values and reference ranges. Your data will be visualized through easy-to-use graphs showing high and low values. This way you can track how your results have changed over time, even from different laboratories and from different types of tests. You can also edit or add lab test components manually.

SEARCHING MEDICAL RECORDS
Records can be easily accessed, searching by either record title, doctor’s name or name of the medical institution, diagnosis, parameter or medical category. In this way you can access medical records precisely when you need them.
SHARING MEDICAL RECORD
You can share your medical record with your doctor, pharmacist or loved ones to ensure better care. Each medical record is stored in its original form, as a picture to be accessed at any time.
HEALTH CHECK CALENDAR
Enter a reminder in your calendar so you don't forget about your doctor’s appointment or check-up. Write down the appointment date and choose when you like to be reminded of the event. Also, you can enter other important information in the calendar, such as a reminder to yourself to book an appointment at your dentist when you return from the holidays.
Medication reminder
Enter medication reminder and never miss a dose again. Track the schedule of taking multiple medications at the same time with a reminder when it is necessary to restock your prescription.
